Between the 19^th and the 21^st October 2009 in Arabia Saudita has been held the GCC POWER 09, the fifth CIGRE International Conference and the fourteenth exhibition for electrical equipments. Vander Tumiatti presented a speech with the following title: "Integrated Methods for the Determinations of Corrosivity, Aging, Fingerprinting as well as the Diagnosis, Decontamination, Depolarization and Detoxification of Mineral Insulating Oils & Transformers".
